- PAL Scheme
Welcome to the NEW PLASTA PAL (Peer Assisted Learning) Scheme - an online platform that connects Seniors with trainees and students who are interested in plastic surgery
The whole idea of this Scheme is that you can be involved at all stages of the Training Pathway in a Ladder Effect where you can both reveive and offer support at the most appropriate level. In a perfect scenario, a Trainee will be able to support a Junior (i.e. a CT, FY or Student) as a PAL, whilst having their own Senior ST/ Consultant PAL.
If you have any ideas on how to improve this new Scheme please let us know!
Find a PAL: Search and apply for opportunities around the country, and get more experience in the field of plastic surgery
