DESCRIPTION:Head and Neck course at Newcastle Surgical Training Centre.\n\nIt will take place on 1-3 May 2019 at Newcastle Surgical Training Centre, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne.\n\nCourse includes; Tracheostomy, Thyroid Lobectomy, Medialisation Thyroplasty , Submandibular Gland surgery, Neck Dissection, Parotidectomy, Laryngeal Mobilisation and Laryngectomy/ TEP, Mandibulotomy , Pectoralis major , Myocutaneous flap , Deltopectoral flap, Fibula osteocutaneous free flap, Radial forearm free flap.\n\nThis course is designed to facilitate the trainee surgeon with didactic and hands on cadaveric training experience.  Conducted by a faculty of experienced surgeons, this is an intensive two and a half day course of lectures, debate, exchange and practical hands on experience on Head and Neck dissection.                           \n\nAn intensive course\n\nNumber of attendees limited to 12\n\nRefreshments included\n\nCourse certificate on completion \n\nCourse dinner\n\nThe course uses fresh frozen cadaveric specimens.
